The people of i2S Innovation
To
meet the requirements of its different markets, i2S created i2S Innovation,
an integrated division dedicated to the design and deployment of image
acquisition and processing solutions.
The i2S Innovation team consists of men and women, all of whom
have a high level of education (from masters to doctorate), are
battle-hardened in vision practices and technologies, and are experts in
the fields of electronics, optics, image processing, computer science, digital
design and multimedia. A policy of continuous education (through
participation in international seminars and "lunch and learn" sessions)
ensures that these men and women are knowledgeable in their field and have
mastered their specialty.
i2S Innovation is organized around four operational missions:

the Business Development Managers: they coordinate technology marketing
via experts in the industrial vision sector or in the fields of major national
and international projects, such as, for example, the major digital libraries
or image production in major sporting events. They are the representatives
of our customers' requirements and are the triggers for differentiated
solutions.

project leaders: they lead the projects in their entirety from design
to pre-production; they are multi-disciplinary and guarantee our customers the
quality and development schedules as well as delivery of pre-production units
by managing the project both with internal developers and with a network of
loyal and tested partners in design, micro-mechanics and opto-mechanics, for
example.

experts: they have scientific expertise in one or more
technologies, assist business engineering in the pre-project phase and support
the developers in applying the technologies. They are the natural interface
with the major laboratories with which i2S has permanent contractual relations
(LABRI, CPMOH, IMS, L2I, etc..)

the designers/developers, under the direction of the project leaders
and with the help of the experts, provide hardware and/or software development
in their field of expertise. They are often helped by developers from
companies such as APSIDE or ALTEN.
With proven processes in place, (wiki-type information management,
innovation management, project management), i2S Innovation subscribes to the
culture of knowledge sharing, talent development and sustainable development.
