After-Sales Service Procedure

With the aim of more effectively managing your hardware returns, we ask you to send us an RMA request preferably via email to sav-i2svision@i2s.fr or by fax to 05 57 26 68 99.

To do this, download the RMA request form.

Returning material:

The defective hardware must be correctly packed and accompanied by the RMA number that will have been sent to you.

Any package without RMA number will not be given priority treatment and we will not be able to guarantee a turnaround time for it to be processed.

Costs:

Equipment under warranty: Costs of diagnosis, repair and transportation will be borne by i2S. You are only responsible for the costs of transporting the equipment to us.

Equipment out of warranty: All costs of diagnosis, repair and transportation will be borne by you. A quote will be sent to you after a diagnosis has been performed. The repair will be performed after receipt of an order number.

You will be billed a lump sum amount of 200€ if:

  • You do not wish to go ahead with the quote.
  • No problems are detected after diagnosis.

  • Standard exchange contracts (No standard warranty exchange will occur unless this contract is signed)
